In my twelve years as an educators, I have had many opportunities and trainings. I have taught literacy at the elementary, middle school, and secondary levels. I currently serve as the Technology Integration Specialist and Title I Coordinator at Childersburg Middle School. I strive to provide quality professional development based on teacher and student needs from multiple data points. My ultimate goal is to improve the teaching and learning process to maximize teacher and student potential, so that all students are successful in life after high school. Project-Based Learning, effective technology integration, equitable learning experiences, and high quality literacy instruction are critical components of quality instruction and are areas of strength for me.
