Teamed with Wake Forest faculty and staff to track the carbon footprint at Wake Forest University using water, electrical, and other forms of data. Analyzed data to determine current baseline. Developed action plan to shrink the campus's carbon footprint.

• Received training from Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and successfully executed multidiscipline improvement projects.• Created training presentation, developed learning activities, and assisted in instructing two corporate Yellow Belt classes which led to the certification of 22 employees.• Managed a work force optimization pilot program by grouping facility workers into teams and monitoring team dynamics and performance via interviews and feedback. • Analyzed financial benefits of piloted pay-by-performance program; developed a revenue tracking tool in Microsoft Excel to be used by facility managers when program expands to all facilities.• Established key relationships with a multimillion dollar, public technology client and their largest supplier by hosting a “Lean” event in an Atlanta facility; this resulted in significant quality increases for the client.
