• Assist with the planning and execution of all programs, which includes traveling onsite to programs (national) to assist with program management• Work with Microsoft Project to develop and manage project timelines• Manage the production of pre program materials, as well as ensure that all materials and supplies are shipped to program locations• Organize all post program materials• Provide attendee analytical data through processing of post-program surveys and evaluations• Provide budget support• Support other administrative staff

Overview: Responsible for the daily operation and management of those processes involved in event/development coordination, donor relationships, database entry and management.Major Responsibilities: • Gift entry, tax receipt notification and ensuring donor relationship policy is adhered to• Developing strategic approaches to meet fundraising goals• Effectively execute all events for the organization by managing all aspects of the planning, executing and promoting of events, including but not limited to, database management, corporate solicitation and volunteer management• Serve as the office liaison and offer assistance if need to external event coordinators• Creation of organization's Annual Report
