During my tenure with IntelyCare, I had the pleasure of working with her when we were both Client Success Managers (CSM), and when we were both promoted – her to an Account Executive (AE) role and me as Director of Client Success – I witnessed her growing even more and supporting her region without fail. Ashley has the unique capacity to be both logical and creative in her work approach. She quickly adapts to established processes and systems, a major requirement for CSMs as our clients expect us to be the resident experts for our system software (and she was!). She was always on point for troubleshooting and resolving both user experience issues, coordinating technical problems to resolution, and working with our finance team to solve billing and credit issues for her portfolio. As an AE, her prime responsibility was creating new business within the long-term care facility prospects in her region. This requires a lot of creative approaches, using our official Sandler Sales system, as well as a lot of grit and determination. She worked extremely well with her colleagues to determine where the potential clients had the best chances of success, knowing that we must match up supply (the nurses available in a given area) to demand (the potential need for a client) in order to achieve win-wins for both parties, as well as the company.
