As a project manager, I am responsible for creating, leading and executing project plans for some of our largest and more complex card program partners. I determine our critical path and work with several cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure we are boarding and executing on the expectations of the partner and the company. I also work in conjuncture with our product team to be utilized in a sales engineering capacity, in order to be confident that the new programs we are bringing on are able to be serviced and function as expected. Client satisfaction is key.

As an implementation manager, I worked to build newly executed partner programs brought on by sales. I was a point of contact to the partner and worked closely with marketing and sales to ensure a successful and seamless launch of several card programs.

As an account manager II, I was responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of several of our largest Oil partners. I worked with sales and product to align with the specific requirements that ultimately contributed to client satisfaction and growth.
