Current• Coordinate and improve customer relationship with clients• Help diagnose and resolve discrepancies within software and integrations• Support VP of Information Technology and VP of Contact Center Operations• Organize and communicate information/data for various projects and meetings• Reinforce company values and cultural initiatives through team-building events• Mentor new hires by teaching, networking and offering support and knowledge• Receive, log and prepare invoices for processing, including billing accuracy verification, data entry and coding
