My name is Ashley Hallman, and I currently serve at The University of Alabama, where my passion for higher education thrives. With a master's degree in Human Environmental Sciences, specifically focusing on conflict resolution, alongside my bachelor's degree in the same field, I have cultivated a deep understanding of complexities within academic environments. Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of working in various capacities across the university, providing me with a wealth of experience and knowledge that I cherish immensely.During my tenure, I have gained extensive expertise in critical areas such as Program Management, Financial Aid, Graduate Admissions, Compliance, and Veterans Education Benefits. Each of these roles has allowed me to contribute to the educational journeys of countless students while navigating the intricate policies that govern higher education. Additionally, I have been involved in Residency and Orientation programs, helping new students acclimate to campus life and ensuring they have all the support they need to succeed.My commitment to fostering a supportive and ethical educational environment extends to other significant areas of my work, including Training, Conflict Resolution, Accreditation, and Assessments. By implementing best practices and promoting a culture of integrity, I strive to enhance the overall experience for students and faculty alike.
