I have written 7 blogs which have been re-posted in various publications and internationally.I co-led the Steering Committee of NRDC’s Movement Support Fund, which issues grants to partner organizations to support environmental justice groups and community-based organizations.

As a researcher I collected plant, crop, and soil samples, prepared those samples for laboratory analysis, and analyzed samples for nutrient levels. As a member of the Biological Science team, I worked with local native & non-native wildlife in the environment protected by the Refuge and interacted with members of the public. I served to survey, map, and eliminate invasive plants in the area, take population counts of nekton, identify vegetation, and analyze sediment accretion and hydrology of the area. Additionally, I performed data entry in SharePoint and QA/QC for that data entry.
