I have experience working in private, corporate, and academic organizations in a variety of fields that have progressively taken me through building skills around teamwork, process efficiency, organization, and people-centric strategies overall. Work I do is always through the lens of what is best for the people involved in the process, group, environment, or otherwise. Empathy, mental health, professional development (leadership and interpersonal connections), diversity, equity, inclusion, skill-building, and social skill-building are the tenets that drive who I am and what I bring to the groups and organizations I work with.I believe that finding fulfillment in all you do is important. I am passionate about helping educate the nurses of tomorrow in my day job. I also create content on my individual social media and podcast surrounding spreading awareness of mental health (ending stigma), personal growth, intersectionality, inclusivity, and using technology to build human connection.
