• Evaluate and coordinate admissions with appropriate center staff.• Achieve facility census goals and annual budget projections.• Develop relationships, and educate referral sources on services provided.• Develop sales strategies to maximize admissions to grow market share.• Maintain knowledge of current regulations governing Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances.• Participate in industry trade shows and business development activities.• Conduct admission screening of potential patients, determine level of care, services required, equipment needs and insurance coverage.

• Identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships and maintaining business by conducting on-site visits to Sleep Labs and Pulmonologists in the Tri-State area. Increasing and securing physician referrals. • Responsible for patient setup of CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen equipment, apnea monitoring, pulse oximetry, and trach management.• Work with COPD, Sleep Apnea (obstructive and central), pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, and asthma patients.• Contracted with Hospice, VA, and Assisted Living Facilities.• Provide patient education and maintain current knowledge of respiratory techniques, concepts and medications.Management of patient follow up and continuation of therapy.Closely works with referrals as well as a large patient data base.

• Perform pulmonary-function testing: total lung capacity, slow vital capacity, nitrogen wash out, forced vital capacity and diffusion studies.• Gather data for use by Pulmonologist in diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary disorders such as COPD, Asthma, Pneumoconiosis, and all other obstructive and restrictive lung disorders.
