Ashley earned a marketing degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. After graduating, she worked at a face-paced startup where she helped grow the company from 12 employees to a team of 125 and reached $40 million in annual sales revenue. In 2013, Ashley was part of the executive leadership team that sold the company for $100 million to a private equity firm.At another startup called Grateful Ventures, she onboarded new partnerships that led to multimillion-dollar ad revenue and inventory portfolio deals. USA Today acquired them, making Ashley an integral part of two successful acquisitions.After 15 years, she embarked on a career shift to become a licensed real estate agent. She now specializes in relocation, knowing from experience how stressful it is to move and how important it is to work with someone who gets things done and puts people first. In addition, she was vice president of business development for The Potempa Team for two years, focusing on all aspects of recruiting and marketing for the #6 Mortgage Team in the country. Learning the lending side of the business has helped her provide more value to her real estate clients, supporting them through both finding and financing their homes.She was born and raised in Colorado and has traveled coast to coast over the past 10 years - living in Minneapolis and Miami - but considers Phoenix home, where she and her husband Steve are raising their three children, Harper, Cruz, and Chase.
