Current• Led Axiom’s internal design agency to its most profitable year to date, increasing sales by over 50% YOY• Oversees all studio operations and day-to-day business affairs, ensuring adherence to Axiom’s policies and quality standards• Maintains direct communication with the Owner and General Manager, providing weekly sales and HR updates• Partners with Leadership to set strategic direction, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and define annual goals• Supports the accounts team with client management, new business development, RFPs, and budget negotiations• Manages the design team, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development• Supervises the design production team and offers daily support• Implements new systems to enhance workflow, team communication, and studio file management
