Ashley Wells has over 15 years in the recruiting industry. She started recruiting in health care where she arranged for nurses to work at hospitals on a contractual basis throughout the United States. She then transitioned to legal recruiting where she focused recruiting for paralegals, legal secretaries, marketing/business development, human resources and management positions at all levels. In 2019 she broke ground in the eDiscovery, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics industries. For the last few years Ashley worked as a Partner and Senior Talent Manager in the Intelligence Community. Ashley is adept at recruiting, marketing/business development, contract negotiations and contract personnel management. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She is located in the Washington Metropolitan area where she resides with her husband and three children. When Ashley is not working, you can generally find her at the softball or baseball fields supporting her children.
