As the Marketing Director, Digital Channels, my primary responsibility is to develop the Chuze member experience across all digital channels to drive profitable growth and build the Chuze brand. As a leader in the organization, this is done in part through consistently modeling Chuze Behaviors and building Chuze culture through cross-functional collaboration, and team development. In partnership with CMO and marketing brand manager, I've developed a 360-member centric marketing plan across all Chuze channels/clubs to achieve business goals, including but not limited to revenue and retention, financial EBIDTA goals, and expanding the brand culture portfolio.Additionally, in partnership with CMO and team, I've developed and manageed the annual/quarterly/monthly marketing plan and calendar, and the marketing budget including monthly reconciliation and forecasting.
