I instruct over 220 kids between the ages of 5-18 on their competitive swimming skills. I am in charge of 8-11 senior coaches and helping them further their coaching skills, while helping younger swimmers learn technique. I guide them through on boarding and create their work schedule. I am in charge of planning what members of the team will be attending the meets, to insure a win for the team, and making sure that team morale is at a high level throughout the entire season.
