CurrentLeads initiatives to support public schools across Central Massachusetts in implementing a comprehensive Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) for mental and behavioral health services. Develops and oversees a consultation model aimed at strengthening school-based mental health infrastructure and professional development content, creating sustainable strategies for systemic mental health support.Collaborates with UMass Boston and UMass Amherst to leverage research expertise in providing schools with advanced behavioral health resources and training. This partnership enhances service integration, promoting efficient access to non-academic supports for students, particularly in under-resourced communities, and establishes systemic protocols and policies for cohesive school-community partnerships.Directs and supports training programs focused on improving school safety and crisis response, ensuring that behavioral health professionals and educators are equipped with tools to foster a safe, responsive environment conducive to student well-being.
