Has a leading role in developing and overseeing the Junior and Senior seminar curriculum and supporting advisement practices. Builds and oversees the year-long Seminar courses that Mastery students take, and collaborates with the transition services provided to students with disabilities. *Provide programmatic coaching and training support towards metric goals for APPS and postsecondary teams at three priority schools per RP. *Provides proactive and reactive coaching support to APPS, Coordinators and Advisors where needed*Manage the continuous improvement of the Junior and Senior Seminar curriculum *Ensures curriculum and advising guidelines are continuously reviewed and staff are trained via PD *Provides onboarding to curriculum to new staff when required*Oversees curriculum revisions processes when required and leads implementation and training for staff*Manages the postsecondary assessment process (PSAT/SAT) and supports network wide testing strategy*Delivers professional development as needed*Supports the Postsecondary NST staff in day to day operations as required.
