I love working with people. For a long time when I was younger my goal was to become a teacher, because I love sharing my knowledge with others and seeing the moment when the light bulb goes off in someone's mind and you know they now understand what you are showing them, it's an amazing thing. As I grew, I realized that I really thrived and enjoyed working in an office environment and that is when I switched gears and started down a new path. I've been a top producing leasing consultant for a large rental company. I then moved on to be an office manager for a company generating over a million dollars in sales annually.My last 7 years has been spent working for local government. I have spent time in the Finance Department working on budgets and payroll, and currently work in Human Resources as a Generalist.I think the employees are an organizations greatest asset and if you don't treat them right, another company will! I love learning new ways to keep employees engaged and loving where they work. I love my job and if I can get other people to love their jobs also, then it is worth all the hard work that I put into it.
