The program supports a mixture of 50+ cloud service and on-prem products across C+E, Microsoft 365, and Windows, and generates over 12M visitors and 3M leads per year.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Program manager responsible for end-to-end health of operations spanning product onboardings, reporting and analytics, site development, and on-going 18-month roadmap including strategic planning and execution. Partners closely with primary client on key priorities and initiatives to drive alignment with Microsoft's bottom line. • Developed and routinely delivers comprehensive monthly/quarterly/half yearly business reviews, targeting core lead ingestion, site traffic, and nurture engagement KPIs. Responsible for mission critical projects and program changes that contribute towards revenue growth in Microsoft cloud services and solutions.• Responsible for but not limited to monitoring data collection, API health/payload call requests to internal marketing automation tools, accuracy in analytics, coordination with localization partners, cross-promotional digital event marketing, privacy, accessibility, and cookie compliance. • Communicates regularly with Product Marketing Managers and Release Engineering Program Managers to assess trial onboarding objectives, position hero offerings, maintain product health and content discoverability, and showcase pathways to invest in licensing. • Partners with internal Microsoft marketing play owners for Windows, Windows Server, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Power BI, etc. to integrate qualified leads into omni-channel marketing campaigns in support of the sales funnel.
