I facilitated the sale of air filtration products, natural gas pipelines, and refineries to public, private, and/or military customers. As a representative, I recruited new customers, contractors, and OEMs. Additionally, I developed marketing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability, while also re-engaging cancelled accounts to build interest in our products and secure on-going relationships.

As a Promotional Specialist, I engaged potential customers through product knowledge, demonstration, and samples in order to grow sales. I also posted follow-ups to reflect company success or areas for improvement. These reports included customized photo collages that reflected our efforts to reach the target demographic for each event.

As a consultant, I educated healthcare professionals on pharmacogenetic and toxicology testing, assisted providers with reports, and organized training seminars. I took over cancelled accounts to build new relationships while maintaining a customer base. Along with these duties, I sustained a robust territory business plan by analyzing the competitive landscape, where I coordinated effective promotional programs to boost sales. Since 2015, I've helped C&A obtain an 850% increase in revenue.

As a CNA, I physically supported patients with daily activities. I reviewed and implemented proper dietary restrictions and assisted during various procedures, as per doctor's orders. My strong communication skills were invaluable when it came to collaborating with nurses, doctors, and patient's families, assuring all parties that patients were well cared for.
