The Arc of Weld County is a nonprofit organization committed to providing advocacy and supportive services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Weld County as well as the Northeastern counties of Colorado. Assisted with the development and implementation of programmatic needs sponsored and/or co-hosted by the Arc of Weld County, predominately computer-oriented; identifying programmatic needs in alignment with the mission and vision of the agency, via needs assessments and proposals for agency approval; Developed and implemented programs as directed, including Project Illumination. Direct supervision of all program support staff, program volunteers, including possible VISTA placements and program grant staff; Provided quality assurance measures for all programs, including accurate record keeping; Development of advertisements and publicity efforts as directed for all AWC efforts.
