    One of the UK's largest listed property companies holding major retail and Central London real estate assets. I had overall responsibility for the investment performance of Land Securities portfolio of shopping centres, leisure parks, factory outlets, hotels and high street retail assets; one of the largest retail and leisure portfolios in the UK. The portfolio also included offices, car-parks and residential blocks.The portfolio comprised some £4 billion of assets with over 2,300 tenants. The centres were across the UK from Aberdeen to Portsmouth and included the likes of Gunwharf Quays, Cabot's Circus in Bristol, St David's in Cardiff and Trinity, Leeds.I managed a team of some 200 real estate professionals including investment, asset management, leasing and operational centre staff. In 2012 I led the team that acquired a £600m portfolio in the X-Leisure business, bringing it's assets and management team into Land Securities. During 2014, I led the initiative to sponsor TrueStart in Victoria, Europe's first independent retail and consumer innovation hub.I was also a member of the retail executive committee (REXCOM) which manages the Land Securities retail business.
