CurrentLead, support, and develop a team of implementation project managers / consultants responsible for new client implementations in our territory (CT, NY, and VT). Experience managing our Stamford, CT market.My day-to-day responsibilities include:- Owning and proactively managing key metrics (on-time project delivery, software/product utilization, NPS);- Being responsible for my team's hiring, development, retention, and performance management related activities;- Leading and participating in strategic programs/projects that support our operational objectives;- Effectively managing client escalations;- Assisting with pre-sales activities, typically with enterprise level customers (e.g., RFPs, gathering requirements, defining and presenting solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and facilitating sales calls to discuss implementation and adoption methodologies); and- Working closely with leaders and individual contributors across multiple departments (including, but not limited to, sales, new client setup, custom development, long-term service/customer support, product management, etc.) to drive successful implementations and product/process improvement that result in overall customer success.
