Set the vision for and serve as the leader of the Capital Teaching Residency program. Oversee the full range of training, development and certification for early childhood, elementary and secondary teaching residents each school year. This includes oversight of the professional development offerings, certification assignment design and grading, communications and program policies. Represent the residency program in all internal and external capacities and work closely with KIPP DC school leaders, teachers and residents.Oversee all program improvement and redesign efforts and continually use data to measure program effectiveness.

- Lead professional learning sessions on the OUR K-8 math curriculum - Support implementation for districts by coaching teachers, observing classrooms, and leading content meetings - Apply updates to existing content within the Kiddom and/or Open Up Resources digital platforms as needed by using a PDF comparison tool to identify changes between editions.- Execute on a quality assurance process to ensure that the content has been correctly ingested and is functioning as intended in the Kiddom and/or Open Up Resources digital platforms.
