• Develop and maintain strong business and technology relationships, becoming a trusted partner• Use Agile Project Management techniques and tools to design project plans, create program management structure.• Co-Lead the Program management and reporting function for different initiatives including: strategy development, developing and maintaining schedules, data collection and analysis, communication, governance and reporting.• Create and work closely with the team lead on developing senior management presentations.• Facilitate Leadership (VP, ED, MD Level) strategic meetings.• Develop and provide regular performance and status reports to required stakeholders.• Identify and drive ownership and accountability for issues and opportunities that arise• Establish a trusted advisor relationship with junior talent program employees and provide regular updates and data-driven progress reports• Contribute to the overall delivery of a best-in-class university recruiting program, specifically diversity initiatives and superday hiring events.• Supervise compliance audit engagement of product teams and manage senior leader communications• Facilitate and Drive diverse initiatives including improved engagement around attraction, development, retention, and inclusion. • Review and communicate key metrics, underlying themes and trend analysis for junior talent program. Identify the areas that require focus and opportunities for improvement• Interface across all teams on improvement opportunities to document, solution and track until• Partner with team to develop communication and execution of transformation initiatives across line of business.

• Own and drive incident management bridge calls and chats with production management, application development, infrastructure teams, and senior leadership with the purpose of remediating customer impacting incidents quickly.• Establishing strong command and control of an Incident, establishing clear accountability and methodical evaluation of complex issue scenarios.• Competent and reliable adherence to critical process and procedure, and appropriate escalations in support of production incidents. • Applying technical and environmental knowledge and experience to develop and drive appropriate work streams, forming paths to resolution.• Distribution of clear and concise communications, summarizing incidents and the business/customer experience to a wide group of technical and non-technical audiences.• Provide detailed notes of highly visible production issues (P1 level tickets) on a timely basis to the production support staff and executive management.• Ensure incident data is accurately captured and documented in the incident recording tools.• Priming appropriate materials and follow ups to hand-off to the Root Cause Analysis phase in the Problem Management process.• Provide additional support for any quarterly releases, conversions, or projects as required.

• Work closely with peer teams to deliver high availability and optimum performance for customers • Monitor change execution during some weekend shifts and afterhours which is where the highest volume of complex and time sensitive production change is executed.• Participate in aspects of the change events for incident including: planning, pre-checks, workflow management and escalation• Review production ready changes to ensure they have satisfied all the non-functional requirements.• Maintain and launch reports on a recurring basis, examining logic for alignment between multiple, dynamic data sources and business report requirements.
