Directed and managed ELIC's recruiting team in partnership development, new teacher lead generation and company promotion of all ELIC programs. Created and developed a marketing strategy responsible for all direct and indirect recruiting efforts that included development of ELIC's relevant business partnerships, targeted marketing initiatives and new program development for all in-bound and out-bound marketing efforts. Significant accomplishments include the development and success of an affiliate recruiter program adding an additional 60+ part-time, commission based recruiters, producing significant quantities of new recruits for ELIC programs.

Responsible for directing and managing ELIC's two flagship programs, the University Teaching Program and the Teaching Fellowship Program.
