Ashley Plageman is a Partner Relations Specialist at Heartland Business Systems at Heartland Business Systems. Colleagues describe her as "Ashley minored in Communication Studies at UW Oshkosh and completed three courses with me (Introduction to Rhetoric and Public Advocacy, Freedom of Speech in the United States, and Communication Career Capstone). Her writing ability is in the top one-percent for undergraduate students, and displays a remarkable ability to apply difficult concepts to real world messages. Similarly, her public speaking demonstrates a real concern for adapting to the needs of her audience. In the Career Capstone course, she was the first student to deliver what we call the "Brand Anecdote" presentation. Her performance set a very high bar for all the speakers who followed her. Ashley is a thoughtful, curious person who enjoys interacting with others and shows a genuine interest in them. I have absolutely no doubt that she will become a top performer for whatever organization is fortunate enough to bring her on board."
