I bring a history of creator, content, and influencer acquisition for digital media platforms, influencer management & development, and online audience development to every new and existing opportunity. While at Maker Studios, I was a key staff member of the most successful series on the web, Epic Rap Battles of History. Following Maker, I built the talent stable for Big Frame's Forefront.tv, populating it with a host of urban web comedians, personalities and publishers, and helped build an audience of 5 million subscribers and 15 million views across 25 channels. I continued on the path of online urban comedy, and helped to bridge the gap between online and stand-up comedians at Marlon Wayans' comedy website, WhatTheFunny.com. I had the privilege of leading channel development initiatives at All Def Media, then joining the team full time as Head of Talent, acquiring comedians from multiple backgrounds for sketch, improv, film, and television content. While at ByteDance I had the opportunity to work with global teams and creatives. While in between full time opportunities, I work as an independent consultant, strategist, and manager for some of the biggest names in digital media. Clients range from the biggest personalities from YouTube, Instagram, & Tik Tok to stand-up comedians, traditional media influencers, streaming platforms, and other start-up companies. My speaking engagements have included the Hollywood Black Film Festival, Pan African Film Festival, Social Media Week Los Angeles, Vidcon, Issa Rae Presents Workshop, and to the Los Angeles Urban League
