Provided primary financial support and analysis for global stills within the Corporate Growth Organization. Partnered with stills category teams to develop and maintain value chain analyses, category growth projections and assessment of alternative business models. Responsible for financial oversight of the forecast for these category teams and supporting the global annual business planning process.

Controller for ZICO Beverages managing team of 7 plus oversight of financial/accounting policies and procedures, systems and controls. Role expanded to interim CFO. Member of brand's leadership team, charged with helping to develop the Company’s overall strategy for share growth and leadership, path to profitability, and continued value-creation for the system. Responsibilities included oversight of the financial operations of the company's import/export subsidiary in Thailand and assisting with global expansion operations.

Worked with various cross-functional teams within Venturing & Emerging Brands in the Coca-Cola North America business unit. Responsibilities included assisting with acquisitions, accounting routines, financial planning/analysis/reporting and integration of North American companies and VEB investments, into existing Coca-Cola systems/processes. Provided P&L management, commercial support and modeling for certain VEB brands such as illy RTD and Wonolo prior to spin off.

Created and managed project plans for captive and worker's compensation operations. Facilitated multi-day Operational Excellence workshop and led projects encompassing cross-functional teams.

Inspected overall internal control processes to determine accuracy of financial statement account balances and compliance with laws and regulations, company policies and procedures, and GAAP. Prepared written audit reports provided to client and senior management that incorporated individual audit comments and summarized the audit scope, significant issues, and overall audit rankings.
