I am a corporate lawyer with more than 20 years' experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters in Australia and overseas. With extensive work experience in Asia and in the US, I am admitted to practice in New York and the UK. My focus is assisting both domestic and overseas clients with a variety of corporate matters: mergers and acquisitions (private treaty and publicly listed); equity capital markets transactions including capital raisings and IPOs; structuring; securities regulation and listing rule matters. My team also assists clients with their corporate requirements, including directors' duties and solvency advice, regulatory issues, shareholder arrangements and governance matters. With broad industry experience across financial services, retail, agribusiness, and mining and resources, I am experienced in dealing with key regulators including the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, the Australian Securities Exchange, the Foreign Investment Review Board, and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in relation to mergers. As a partner in PwC Australia’s multidisciplinary legal team, I work with cross industry specialists including our teams in tax, private clients, consulting, deals, and assurance to bring together people with the right mix of skills and experience to deliver integrated legal & commercial solutions for our clients.
