Developed and scaled a Project Management Office including Projects in Product, Program & Project Management across multiple disciplines in Global Transportation Services & Global Mile Finance. Created and integrated multiple Product managers, project and program managers in both tech and non tech spaces for successful products across over 10 unique E2E product areas valued over $50B a year and programs area over $1OM per month. Developed operational strategies for transforming teams from vague planning to clear analytical decision making capabilities.
