ASWSU Student Legal Services is a student run office created to service the legal needs for current students at Washington State University. Student Legal Services provides students with free 30 minute consultations with a local attorney. Student Legal Services also functions as a pre-law resource center for undergraduate students who are considering law school. Interns conduct intake interviews with students and schedule a time for them to talk to the attorney.

Wild Ivy was a locally owned and operated home decor and gift store focused on selling unique and high quality gifts while providing excellent customer service. Sale associates were responsible for running the store smoothy from open to close often by themselves. Sales associates were expected to maintain customer satisfaction while also keeping sales up. The position allowed sales associates to be autonomous and implement their own creative ideas which allowed for plenty of growth in responsibilities. Personal Achievements: - often created the work schedules for three to four sale associates at a time- implemented and managed store Facebook page - revised and created a new employee's handbook- helped train new sales associates

Student Fundraisers cold called alumni and other individuals connected to Washington State University and asked for donations. Emphasis is placed on customer service, educating individuals on the different areas their donations can go to, following the proper ask structure, and reaching short and long term goals. Whitman County District Court hears proceedings involving criminal misdemeanors, traffic infractions, protection petitions, petitions for name change, small claims and civil disputes where the amount does not exceed $50,000. Interns file and enter court documents into the Judicial Information System and were given the opportunity to observe numerous trials and court proceedings.

Sale associates are expected to be knowledgeable on all products that are sold and must be able to provide helpful recommendations to fit customers needs. Providing outstanding customer service is of upmost importance while insuring general sales goals are met. Sales associate are often responsible for the store from open to close.
