Ashley Donaldson has almost two decades of experience in customer relationship building and operational management. Throughout her career she has focused on what drives people, both in her client base and the teams she manages. She is known for her tenacity as well as ability to relate to customers (internal and external). As Vice President of Operations as Panariagroup USA and formally as Director of Sales Operations at SmartPak, Ashley has coordinated tools, training, and processes to support multiple sales channels in both B2C and B2B customer environments. Her working knowledge also includes a background in logistics through her direct management of domestic and international transportation services within her current role . In addition, she also has direct oversight for all supply chain, procurement, customer care, and national warehouse management activities. She has served in a key position with the executive team and has driven annual goal and budgeting processes on a companywide level with direct P&L responsibility.She is an effective and collaborative leader with years of direct report responsibilities. She was recognized for her leadership abilities after only two years in the flooring industry as a top emerging leader, winning the 2019 Coverings Rock Star award.After receiving her Bachelors in Animal Science with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Vermont, she began her career at SmartPak. In 2014 Ashley attained her MBA from Midway University (while working full time). Her MBA thesis was focused on managing generational differences in the workforce. She has utilized her research findings by helping to teach others about the topic both within her company, but also as a guest lecturer at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Ashley is active in her community and giving back is not just something she talks about, she does it. She is also an accomplished equestrian, holding multiple world championship titles in addition to several year-end national awards.
