- Led team with various internal and external stakeholders to solve problems for organizations throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. Was responsible for all stages of the client lifecycle, including but not limited to scoping clients’ needs, client interaction, project management, and overall delivery.- Managed the day to day operations of the IRD and created a strong reputation for the organization in the region as there was no project manager for over six months. Ensured clients expectations were met by delivering data driven and actionable results within client’s internal deadlines - sample of successful projects: - Southeastern Massachusetts Homeland Security Project – Worked with fire, police, and public works departments throughout Southeastern Massachusetts to create a secure database to inventory supplies, which would help in case of disaster. Project components included attending regional meetings with police and fire chiefs to get buy-in, conduct training workshops to fill out forms appropriately, travel to departments to ensure entire inventory was taken, and work with web developer to ensure the database was secure.- Annual Citizen Surveys (Barnstable and Bridgewater) – Worked with the Town of Barnstable and the Town of Bridgewater to conduct Annual Citizen Surveys (2008, 2009). The surveys were conducted to obtain citizen perceptions about town services, use a performance benchmark, and assist in planning for the future. Project components included working with town administrators to develop survey instruments, disseminate surveys, ensure proper coding by staff, develop report, and present findings to influence policy decisions.
