Ashley Respecki is a Marketing and brand strategist at The American Institute of Architects (AIA). Colleagues describe her as "Ashley is a rockstar.
I have had the fortune to work with Ashley across a dozen years while we were at the American Institute of Architects (AIA). I have worked directly with her on several projects during AIA's Digital Transformation. Ashley was a key stakeholder and organizer I collaborated with on content, branding, as well as communication elements that were key to multiple projects' success. Her contributions are always outstanding among the team--even outside of these projects, I have found myself seeking her perspective and advice.
You know that cohort of trusted-advisors you go to--those 3 or 4 people you bounce ideas off of when something needs the smartest people looking at it? Ashley has been that for me. Having access to her understanding of org dynamics, her ability to identify value and impact, and her realistic expectations for success are things I've missed the most since moving on from AIA.
Ashley brings a professionalism, creativity, and a 'yes-and' approach to her work. It is a joy to have worked with someone of her caliber. If you have the opportunity to be on a team with her--seize that moment... you are truly fortunate." and "Ashley is an incredible Account Director. She goes above and beyond what is expected to ensure a project and/or event goes smoothly. Organized is an understatement and she leads projects with intentional strategy. She is supportive and does not hesitate to back up her teammates.
A collaborative highlight was working together on AIA's Conference on Architecture 2018 as the lead designer and lead account director. We were responsible for everything digital and print leading up to and for the conference itself. It was over half a year of planning and executing everything from engagement, website, promotional marketing ads and email campaigns, social media graphics, directional and informational onsite signage, etc.
I highly recommend Ashley to be able to take on any position and task thrown at her; she is talented and hardworking with immense grit. She gets so much done and deserves more recognition!"
