As an Account Manager, I handled clients from start to post launch and retention. As a new client joined, I tracked back how they client came to SkySlope and I was given the notes from the Sales AE regarding the info they gathered from the client. Welcomes emails were sent providing the key contacts from the account with my contact information and begin scheduling first meeting calls. In my role I developed relationships with the clients, meeting with them to fully understand their current business processes and working with them to make sure SkySlope worked with them, creating solutions, and customized trainings for their teams.

I was able to help create and build this role for SkySlope. I worked with Account Mangers to address and find solutions for areas they needed assistance with. This included gathering required items and documents from new clients and building the account, managing schedules and trainings, backfilling any trainings that AMs were unable to host, and organizing key dates to ensure a successful launch for clients.
