As a digital leader with 15+ years in life science, biotech and clinical trial experiences, I am seeking my next opportunity to work with open, empowered, joyful teams to deliver solutions to enhance patient outcomes and improve lives. My career journey in life sciences was sparked early in life by my experience as a family member of a terminally ill patient. I knew I needed to do more to understand and offer solutions, and a career in science could help. As an established leader, I can reflect this also shaped me into an open and curious servant-leader with a profound understanding of clinical research and agile execution, specializing in delivering enhanced patient and trial participant experiences as well as site experience and resources. I established a product resource structure and aligned stakeholders and cross-functional team members on a strategic product vision, ensuring the execution of product roadmaps achieves our vision and goals to transform the clinical trial experience. I leveraged my skills to focus with my purpose and have honed my adaptability and resilience, enabling the seamless delivery of strategic roadmaps and product lifecycle management in a highly regulated environment. My curiosity and tenacity are marked by me completing 2 masters degrees while earning while working full time - and had my first child in the middle of my MBA!I advocate for agile methodologies and user-centric and product-centric thinking to successfully align stakeholders and created a holistic experiences that resonate with our mission of transforming patients' journeys in clinical trials.I have a growth mindset and evangelize Product Management and Agile ways of working to structure teams and clarify roles, instill product-centric thinking, and work with the agile team to deliver value.
