I've designed scalable, global processes, championed operational excellence, and built teams that are not only effective but also passionate about our mission. What sets me apart is an intrapreneurial mindset — a relentless drive to anticipate needs, bring order to chaos, and prepare organizations for the unknown. ✦ Career Highlights ✦▸ Coalition Building: Built and led a global team of 70 Alliance Ambassadors who have been instrumental in engaging local nonprofits and driving volunteerism among employees.▸ Program Management: Oversaw multiple impactful programs, including the Day of Purpose and the launch of the MillerKnoll Educational Scholarship program.▸ Oversight of Key Initiatives: Successfully managed the global, enterprise-wide launch of the Foundation's CSRConnect global volunteer platform in partnership with Blackbaud.▸ Advocacy: Championed fair chance hiring to C-suite leaders, identified gaps within corporations’ processes and policies, and educated executives on best practices to reduce employment barriers for justice-involved individuals.▸ Equity: Serve as a Fair Rent Commissioner in the City of West Hartford, including monitoring compliance with local regulations, investigating tenant complaints, and mediating disputes to protect tenants from unfair rental practices and prices.Beyond the boardroom, I am a firm believer in giving back to the community; to that end, I served on our One Community committee to help edit and put into practice our public school system's equitable education policy, as well as continuing to aid retirees in making the most of their “golden years” through Goldinage Retirement Consulting.
