Recruited to improve trail ride program. Oversees animal operations of a 6,000-acre facility with worldwide guests, including care of over 40 equines, 60 bison, 100 chickens, and multiple ranch dogs, heavy machinery, guest experience, and staff management. Ensures high customer satisfaction rates, employee morale, and efficient operational processes. Improved trail ride booking process, increased rate of rides despite Covid-19 pandemic, reorganized staff to be more efficient, and enhanced the aesthetic appeal of trail ride area while staying within a tight budget. Increases revenue consistently year after year, including an increase of $100K+ between 2019 and 2020.

Assigned team captain to an unorganized team. Organized team tryouts and increased requirements, designed team practices to be more accountable, implemented required team obligations, and assigned team chores. Ultimately transformed the program through successful collaboration with the team coach into the organized and competitive team that it is today.
