I manage the Internet Sales Department for 4 automotive brands in Nampa, ID at the Peterson Stampede. Peterson Motor Co was founded in 1928 and currently has 4 locations with 11 brands: BMW, Buick, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Lexus, Ram, Scion, and Toyota. Achievements and Responsibilities:- Consistently achieve 18% closing on 500+ monthly internet leads and inbound sales calls with 6 BDC Appointment Setters- As Manager of this department, I have broke records in closing percentage, most units sold in one month, and front end gross profit. These records were both store wide, and company wide through out the 4 other locations. - Developed goal tracking system that has been implemented in my department as well as other locations in group. - Developed 2 week intensive training for new Appointment Setters to ensure highest success rate, this has also been adapted by all other locations in our group. - Train and implement a 180 day follow up process with call guides and day-to-day processes that integrate the Appointment Setting team with the sales floor and Desk Managers- Train, recap, and team build at weekly staff meetings as well as tri-weekly sales trainings. - Work as a stand in Sales Desk Manager as needed where I fully work car deals, evaluate customers credit applications, and submit to finance.

Entire goal was to generate sales appointments for new and pre-owned vehicle test drives with Sales Representatives. Achievements and Responsibilities:- Set the record for most cars sold in one month at the dealership as well as the entire Peterson Auto Group. - Consistently achieved 18%+ closing on monthly customers- Completed accurate and efficient customer turn overs with Sales Representatives to ensure they were pre-pared with hot buttons, promises or expectations, as well as vehicles of interest. - Kept up to date notes in all customer profiles which kept me organized and able to multi-task efficiently to hit the highest goals.- Managed 80-120 new customers each month, in addition to previous months customers.
