However there were new challenges especially when it came to time management, going back and forth from our companies corporate offices and our retail store. I found myself heaving to learn to delegate more than I had in the past and rely on the team as a whole. Having to navigate the holiday storm, guiding a young team, and successfully managing the best holiday sales the company had ever seen was an accomplishment I am very proud of and couldn't have done it with out the amazing team I had.
