Ashley is a Partner at Hanold Associates, a retained search firm specializing in recruitment of executive-level Human Resources professionals. With an advanced degree in organizational psychology, she leverages both organizational dynamics and skill assessment in order to identify and recruit key talent.Before joining Hanold Associates, Ashley worked as an account manager/recruiter for Kappa Search, a small technical recruiting firm based in Chicago’s West Loop. In this role, she was a full life-cycle recruiter, developing and maintaining long term relationships with candidates and clients. Ashley has experience recruiting across industries and functions including, but not limited to, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, IT, sales, and marketing.Ashley graduated with honors from the Adler School of Professional Psychology with a Master’s degree in Organizational and Counseling Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Literature from Northwestern University. She has dual bachelor’s degrees in English and Psychology from Michigan State University and studied abroad in England, Ireland, and Australia.
