Oversee complete District, Public, Charter Private School and administrators in the budgeting, managing, and instructional practices supported with, $10.9M; (second largest) district federally-funded grant. ●Grant writing and compliance●Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of school improvement plans, parent and family engagement plans and Title I plans (both District and School level)●Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and collaboration of over eighteen (10) federal funded grant project awards●Responsible for developing and implementing new initiatives for Title I school and district activities●Conduct district level comprehensive needs assessment, review student data, barriers and trends●Remain up-to-date on the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) statutory and regulatory guidance; disseminate the information to system-wide and school personnel in a timely manner●Prepare and submit all federal and state reports related to Title I Part A & Migrant Education Programs●Assist in the development of other federal program grants and grants that supplement the Title I Program●Submit recommendations pertaining to district level policies and procedures ●Serve on the following school district teams: Accreditation; Academic Services Leadership; Graduation Rates; Charter School Approval Committee; Title I Advisory Council●Present at state-level conference as serve as a best practice site for implementing Title I Programs
