• Managed the relationship and performance between PepsiCo and their Business Partner Outsourced (BPO) client, IBM, to ensure contractual service level agreements were met each period. BPO management consisted of ~75 associates, ranging from Senior Manager to Frontline Agent levels.• Led Annual Operational Plan (AOP) driven initiatives, with a clear focus on process improvement and reduction in manual work. • Robust 2017 AOP initiatives resulted in a reduction of 2.75 Full Time Employees (FTEs), which equated to a savings of $192,500 to North American Beverages.• Led partnership with IT to implement needed technical and process enhancements for customer-facing accounts receivable web portal. Conducted research, presented business plan/needs to senior management, participated in technical testing, and oversaw communication and change management.• Ensured all project requirements met business needs and that ownership of end-state process was assumed by provider for long-term sustainability.• Coordinated cross-functional effort to address process gaps for BPO team Quality metrics and led efforts to make updates that were sustainable in the long-term and were more focused on business needs.
