Focus on community-facing TDM programming and policy including:Austin Strategic Mobility Plan – TDM support: be a key team member for the ASMP, conduct best practice research for TDM strategies, collaborate with consultant on TDM program development and public outreach, assist with plan writing for the TDM section, participate in public outreach and education.CodeNEXT and Transportation Criteria Manual – TDM support: be a key team member for the project, conduct best practice research for TDM code language, conduct research on quantification of strategies, assist with criteria manual language writing, assist with development of quantification methodologies, participate in public outreach and education.Smart Trips Austin – Manage the contract for the Smart Trips Austin program, coordinate with co-funder CapMetro, participate in weekly project team meetings, review and approve project deliverables, plan for future programming, plan for future funding opportunities. Overtime management in this role has led to: increase of program size and access during the pandemic, pursuance of equity sub-goals and trust-building workshops with the community, supervision and adaptation of community ambassador program, and overall decrease in SOV use as reported through the program.TDM Rebrand - Envision and establish a new brand for the TDM program. Develop a website that utilizes behavior change science communications to reduce the number of trips taken by single occupancy vehicle. Manage and promote the brand and website to the general public and target audiences.Responsible for updating the annual TDM report and manage community facing messaging on TDM.TDM liaison to other City Departments such as Austin Center for Events, Austin Energy, Economic Development, and others as needed.Research and apply for local, regional, or federal funding for TDM programming
