Additionally, Ashley provided virtual team building and leadership development to CES educators and communities/networks to assist them in better-addressing knowledge objectives while creating highly functional teams that learn to collaborate in virtual spaces. Ashley has led the Professional Development (PD) offerings to the eXtension Foundation membership that supports the Impact Collaborative teams of eXtension Issue Corps cohorts. Developing and implementing Competency-based Frameworks (CBF) as part of the PD strategy for the Cooperative Extension Service. Beginning in the Fall of 2017, Ashley Griffin accepted a new position with the Foundation as the Impact Collaborative Program Manager, which incorporatesd Design Thinking and Lean Experimentation into member experiences to serve the Cooperative Extension Service better. In 2020, Ashley was the Impact Collaborative Facilitator Manager for the Extension Foundation and the Publications Producer for the New Technologies in Agriculture Extension (NTAE) grant from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA-NIFA).
