As an M3 at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, I am preparing myself daily to become the best physician I can be with my patients at the forefront of my mind. I currently serve in mentorship roles within Kaplan Test Prep, the ULSOM chapter of SNMA, and personally to lessen the barriers to getting into medical school, acing the MCAT, and coming to terms with coming out. Additionally, I serve as a brand representative for Margaritaville University on campus and am the Marketing Director in the Future Healers Program.Outside of academia, I am an avid digital content creator on social media platforms including: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Anchor (a Spotify-owned podcasting platform). In this role, I have spent years actively engaging with my audience by providing a glimpse into my life and experiences in hopes that it helps others push through their own battles. I am vocal about my experiences as a lesbian woman from Appalachia, the reality of relationships, the struggles of being a pre-med, life as a medical student, and my pageantry experience from a queer lens. Because of the community I've built, I have been honored to work with a myriad of brands and connected with thousands of people through these platforms.
