Projects included:• Regulatory change project at an International Bank - Led a Reporting team in the Technology and Operations function of the bank producing weekly reports and arranging weekly meetings for the UK IT Director, COO and CIO• Review of Shared Service Recharge Model - International Telecom’s Corporation - Wrote a Recharge Manual, documenting the recharging process between four Shared Service Centres and global Operating Companies• Anti-Money Laundering project at an International Bank - Workstream lead in the delivery of a new Customer Screening process in the Corporate Bank, covering the design of the solution through to coordinating IT changesAdditional internal work - Empowering KPMG:• Pitched, implemented and leads an innovation process for junior members of KPMG, sponsored by the former UK head of management consulting• The implementation of the first idea through the process will lead to an estimated £200k worth of annual time savings, from less than £1k investment

• Worked in a team of three to form The Global Simplicity Index, the first study to calculate the cost of complexity in the world’s largest 200 companies, as covered by CNBC and The Sunday Times• Wrote industry analyses for the book ‘From Complexity to Simplicity’, which was shortlisted by the Chartered Management Institute for their 2014 ‘Practical Manager’ book of the year• Personally obtained new business meetings which led to projects at an international bank and major high street retailer
