Despite not being a self-made or accidental millionaire straight out of college or even the archaeologist who discovered Atlantis, I managed to hit another type of bullseye in finding a good starting post as part of the style team at Target. I got excited about helping you find an outfit and accessories for your next date, job interview, costume party, or even the comfiest loungewear so you could relax and simultaneously advertise your favorite 90's or early 2000's cartoon on a graphic tee to your UberEats driver. After moving from Target vibes, I fully immersed myself in the exciting experience of the Universal Orlando Resort as a sales counselor, assisting guests with building the best package for their experience at both the Universal hotels and theme parks. I did my best enhancing their experience with various add-ons and providing them with insider tips and tricks and my own spectacular (or hilariously embarrassing, more often than not) adventures on the resort. I've now jumped into the information technology and services industry, applying a Target concept of "vibing" with guests and the Universal ability to showcase features and items best suited for clients at Hoylu, a digital whiteboard software that allows remote collaboration to help teams coalesce their conjured ideas into successful works. When I'm not pursuing a client's story to better tailor my offerings to their experience, I'm reading fictional people's stories and writing my own--learning more about different cultures, lifestyles, and adventures. It reminds me that just like there's an enormously complex and varied color spectrum, so too is there every minute hue of personality that creates billions of stories just waiting to be heard.
