- Create assets for digital ad campaigns- Ideate, refine, and execute visual concepts- Assist with photo editing/retouching and social video edits- Create brand identities and brand guidelines- Liaise with printers & external suppliers - Clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners and clients- Generate ideas, concepts, and deliver campaigns on time, to the correct technical specifications. - Illustrate design ideas using mood boards, lo-fi sketches, and brainstorming- Content creation specific to social media platforms

- Design various property marketing collateral including digital assets for websites, emails, and social media, and printed materials- Design business development and marketing tools to help generate inquiries and win new business while ensuring brand consistency- Design customized sales presentations for high-value pursuits- Create luxury property websites, brochures and presentation materials Design and layout of our in-house magazine and corporate brochures- Create impactful social media and e-mail marketing campaigns- Manage website content based on insights from marketing analytics- Identify opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materials - - Direct, create and edit video- Assist with photography, as needed Keep up-to-date on current design methodologies and marketing trends, including social media

- Create logos, identity system, packaging, event signage and webpages. - Develop packaging and label designs in order to meet the needs of the clients. - Knowledge of the packaging design concepts supporting the current brand strategy. - Thorough understanding of press production processes, working with printers to achieve correct color proofs.- Design and produce layouts for online banner ads, mobile ads, social media apps,website design, brochures/direct mail pieces, email campaigns, POS material.

- Create and maintain tech packs.- Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and managers to ensure the desired product is achieved, while retaining production schedule. - Partner with production teams to stay on budget and maintain timelines. - Create mood boards, themes, illustrations and patterns for product lines.- Work within established style guidelines for existing product lines.- Create designs for new product and line introductions.

- Produce technical drawings and renderings, sketches and their implementation.- Create design packages containing technical specifications, artwork and concept reference to be forwarded to vendors.- Manage the archiving system for above packages and concepts.- Manage design projects through communication with license partner to ensure concepts are understood, key deadlines met and that each design is on-brand.- Assist in the concept development process for each season. Help define each season's aesthetic direction and content through research, creation of inspiration boards and sketching.- Assist in preparation for internal presentations and installation of lighting into seasonal showroom.

-Assists Senior Graphic Designer with all digital and print creative production.- Supports the Senior Graphic Designer in fulfilling day-to-day creative requests.-Assists with creating prototypes/mock-ups or any necessary materials for presentations.- Translating the brand's visual language and branding consistently across all our channelsWork closely with the Graphic Designer and the Social Media Coordinator to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.- Execute video production tasks, editing for social media usage.
